Once you have spoke to one our crew we will provide with a code to return your item as well as a shipping address.

Just make sure you keep your threads are unworn and in their original state with proof of purchase and contact us within 7 days. 

Return postage is at the cost of the customer. Don’t worry about returning it in the original packaging just be sure they are packaged properly as we can't take responsibility if it's damaged in transit. 

***Please be mindful we do not accept returns for change of mind or user fault.***

 

 

 

Method of Denim Pty Ltd ACN 615 081 028. Method of Denim does not accept the return of any Products on a change of mind basis. Our Products may come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)

If any Product is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or does not match the description then please contact us by email at help@methodofdenim.com and one of our Customer Service Team will assist with your request. Method of Denim will offer a replacement Product, credit note or refund at its discretion subject to the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law.

We will evaluate your return request and send you full return instructions and return address. The shipping cost for the return will be borne by the Customer except where Method of Denim subsequently deems the returned Product faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or that it does not match the description on the Site in which case we will refund the freight cost to the Customer.
